Responsibilities:

REPORTING TO THE HEAD OF SALES CONTROLLING AND CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Supporting the creation of reporting on customer figures for various stakeholders.
  • Coordinating and updating the Wurth Customer Database.
  • Supporting activities to increase the number of active customers.
  • Liasing with our Salesforce and external stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Streamline existing and develop new processes to encourage long-term business relationships.
  • Processing customer related requested in a timely manner
  • Assisting with ad-hoc administrative duties.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong Administrative skills and experience in a similar role
  • Excellent computer skills, advanced level of Excel and previous experience with SAP will be advantageous.
  • The ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work in a team environment.
  • The ability to prioritise your work in a fast paced and busy environment.
    Whilst industry related experience would be beneficial in this role, we are willing to provide full training to an enthusiastic and driven individual who is prepared to learn and develop themselves in their career.
