Customer Manager

This role is based in our Auckland office on the Tamaki Makaurau waterfront looking out to Rangitoto Island. In this role you will manage a portfolio of some well-known New Zealand brands alongside others who are in a B2B environment. The portfolio has a dual emphasis on consumer brand and manufacturing companies – most of which have a distinct design bent. This role is best suited for someone who is passionate about manufacturing / consumer goods companies, has high commercial awareness; and who is inspired by helping businesses to grow so they can export to the world.
You will work in close partnership with your portfolio of customers to deeply understand their business. You will learn and support them with their challenges and opportunities and their international growth strategy. Together you will build a work programme to help them achieve their goals. You’ll be a trusted and empathic communicator, coach and problem solver who connects your customers to the right experts and tools to facilitate this support.
