Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and execute the end-to-end marketing campaigns for customer base transformation
- Lead and implement customer programs and initiatives across channels
- Operating within a high-profile team, you will be the lead into many of our channels including retail, customer support, online, and business partner channels.
- Lead the communication of in-market offers, upcoming propositions, and customer communications across multiple channels: retail, customer support, online, and business partner.
- Manage projects effectively, adhering to deadlines, budgets and continually strive for improvements in campaign effectiveness
