Our Customer Marketing Manager who will play a crucial role in telling Pigment customer stories, building their advocacy and working with them to share their experiences in different forums. The goal of this role is to demonstrate Pigment’s value and differentiation by understanding our target audiences, what they care about most and showing them how others like them have succeeded at that, with Pigment. Just as importantly, will be to make sure our customers who are sharing their stories with us, feel valued, rewarded and engaged from these interactions. This position plays a crucial role in supporting Pigment growth via customer advocacy.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales and Customer Experience (CX) to define our customer marketing strategy and roadmap aligned on business priorities to help reach revenue goals and create a stronger brand, while delivering a delightful customer experience
- Produce customer stories to drive brand awareness, accelerate the sales cycle and support upsell and cross-sell. You will own the strategy for these and be accountable for their execution
- Create high impact, high value engagements that bring to life the voice of the customer across all channels (events, webinars, videos, written content, PR, etc)
- Lead and manage in-person events and virtual engagements where customer involvement is needed such as in-person/virtual events, workshops, annual conferences, and awards programs
- Own our Customer Advocacy programme, ensuring we are rewarding our customers and building loyalty through our engagements. Streamline asks to customers and identify key customers that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, speaking opportunities, etc
- Work with Brand & PR to bring customer stories and value to life across our external initiatives
- Work closely with the Product Marketing team to raise awareness and adoption of Pigment, support specific marketing campaigns and the launch of new product features
- Work with our Community Manager to maximize the impact of community initiatives (e.g. capturing customer stories at events, repurposing customer content, insights and best practices shared in our community forum)
- Determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts
- Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories and customer repository
