Responsibilities:

  • Continual Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in work processes, integration, and collaboration. Continuously assess and refine Customer Marketing operational workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Standards and Best Practices: Share standards, best practices, and feedback across Customer Marketing and Outbound Channels to ensure alignment and consistency. Establish and promote guidelines that drive operational excellence.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work seamlessly across departments to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Facilitate communication and cooperation between teams to achieve unified goals.
  • Support to Leadership: Provide support to the Outbound Channel Lead. Assist in the strategic planning and execution of Customer Marketing initiatives.
  • Campaign Prioritization: Assist and manage prioritisation of Customer Marketing initiatives to facilitate core business objectives. Coordinate with various teams to ensure the most critical campaigns are executed timely and effectively.
  • Guidance and Coaching: Assist with guidance and coaching of internal stakeholders and channel partners to foster collaboration and performance excellence in outbound channels.
  • Training and Tools: Identify and implement training/tools to enable Customer Marketing Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Vendor Management: Manage external vendors, such as Direct Marketing and SaaS Companies, to ensure smooth workflow. Oversee vendor relationships to guarantee that projects are completed to the highest standards.Brand Governance: Collaborate with Brand & Marketing Operations to ensure brand governance is maintained and external vendors leverage the most up-to-date assets. Safeguard brand integrity in all marketing efforts
