As Customer Marketing specialist for our Neuromodulation business, you will be responsible for building and executing the value proposition for our target customer audience, from developing insights to designing the end-to-end customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Supporting field activities, including customer dinners and presentations, or any other targeted support requests.
- Developing strategy for local events, including conferences, trade shows, conventions, and physician events and/or programs (including sponsored and non-sponsored customer events).
- Localizing marketing programs (including product launches) through partnerships with local stakeholders (e.g., sales, health economics, etc.).
- Analysing voice-of-customer data, monitoring customer loyalty, driving new engagement opportunities, and identifying and supporting customer advocates.
- Assisting in the quarterly plan of action (QPOA) and customer targeting.
- Ensuring the field and inside sales team are well equipped to execute marketing tactics.
- Managing competitive intelligence by monitoring the competitive landscape and communicating current and anticipated future competitive activities to the organization
