Responsibilities:

The Customer Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting coordination, planning and execution of direct-to-consumer touchpoints across the guest journey including in-center, web, mobile app, email, and SMS for national marketing campaigns, local, CRM and/or Loyalty communications.

A Day in the Life

  • Plan, coordinate and execute direct-to-consumer marketing calendar, content and segmentation strategy
  • Manage and oversee the execution of email, app push and SMS deployment
  • Work in close partnership with the local marketing team to support and gain Franchisee approval for local communications
  • Work in close partnership with the Customer Analytics, product, digital and brand marketing teams
  • Support and execute test and learning programs and plans for customer experience
  • Communicate key metrics for results reporting
  • Track and socialize performance of relevant programs and leverage learnings to continue to evolve and optimize targeting and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities in appropriate channels
  • Track channel performance against agreed upon goals
