The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Customer Operation Analyst - POS you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. The person hired for the position will be responsible for conditioning point of sale (POS) data from channel partners to ensure accuracy and alignment to Solventum systems of record for price, product, and customer. Work with clients and trading partners to gather requirements, define rules to build out logic, and respond to requests and questions. Person is able to deliver enhancements in the subject area including interaction with customer service/ super-users, process and system functionality.

As a Customer Operation Analyst - POS, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Taking the lead in projects aimed at automating our processes
  • Actively implementing innovative solutions to enhance daily workflow
  • Deciding on priorities in daily tasks within the HCBG domain
  • Providing support to business professionals in developing process standards and improving customer service

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with an accredited University/ College
  • 1-2 years of equivalent work experience (Sales, Reporting, Finance, Customer)
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English at a B2 level.
  • Nice to have experience working with specific system (SAP, Vistex)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office especially excel

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Collaborative Team player
  • Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes
  • Need to be capable and comfortable completing repetitive tasks in a time constrained manner
  • Must be a quick learner and grab concepts quickly and be open to developing new skills
  • Competent with web browsers and MS-Office (Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude to the duties entrusted
  • Analytical and meticulous approach to the tasks entrusted
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to solve problems and communicate properly
