The purpose of the Customer Operations Executive is to ensure that the on boarding of Retail and Corporate customers is in accordance with departmental procedures and within agreed SLAs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing incoming account requests and Static Data Changes.
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
- Degree educated or equivalent level of experience
- experience in a customer operations role in a highly regulated environment
- Good understanding of FCA regulation regarding customer services
