We are currently recruiting for a Customer Operations Leader to join our talented Sales team. This role is available on a permanent basis and will be based out of our York Street Office, Sydney with hybrid working arrangements available.
As the Customer Operations Leader, you will oversee a dedicated team of 10, ensuring seamless coordination between customer orders and our logistics team. Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee that every order reaches the warehouse on schedule, ready for prompt delivery. This role requires a blend of strong people leadership, problem-solving abilities, and analytical expertise.
