Description:

KEY SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years’ experience in a technical orders role and/or Customer Support role handling order management.
Strong administration skills.
Basic Knowledge of ADSL2+.
Trouble shooting experience.
Excellent computer literacy
Strong written / verbal communication skills with an excellent phone manner.
Highly organised, detail oriented.
Able to work on your own initiative.
Previous telecoms experience is desirable.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

Magnet Plus is Ireland’s largest connectivity network. We ensure every corner of Ireland experiences world-class broadband and phone connectivity.
As the Customer Order Manager at Magnet+ you will be responsible for processing orders for our business customers from sales through to billing; managing the setup and delivery schedule for suite surveys and installations. You will be a key member of the team and act as a central point of contact between the customer and the service delivery function. This is a varied and fast-paced role with plenty of learning opportunity and exposure across all areas of the business.
We operate a hybrid working model, with 2 days per week in our Dublin office (Monday and Thursday). This role reports to the Service Delivery Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deal with Business Order Processing for Broadband and Voice.
Place orders on wholesale portals, and for interconnect/dark fibre where required.
Organise site surveys, scheduling, work orders, installations, disconnections and related reporting.
Liaise with cross functional teams to ensure deliveries are on schedule, within scope and within budget, proactively sharing updates
Manage customer communications and provide updates in a timely manner.
Liaise with carrier contacts and provide regular updates.
Raising faults and updating customers during resolution process.
Support and allocation of work to field based engineers.
Support the technical operations team on the provisioning of Business and Voice customers.
Remain professional, courteous and patient with customers/colleagues at all times.
Provide operational support to Service Delivery Manager as required.
