Responsibilities:

  • Manage compliance processes for specific customer types (i.e. Cannabis compliance requirements such as license collection and end user verification)
  • Work with the strategic account management team on the front-end of the sales process including, but not limited to: generating orders, coordinating payment terms, rebate assistance, and providing timely credit hold reminders
  • Managing customer projects including, but not limited to site mapping, shipment timing, capacity and delivery, and installation. Collaborate with departments to work cross functionally on customer projects
  • Assist in payment collection and subsequent follow up with Finance
  • Develop and implement reports for sales management on leads, opportunities, RMAs, etc.
  • Review all P.O.s, design documentation, and quote details prior to order promotion. Enter all orders into the ERP order system
  • Complete post installation follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and success
