Working as a Customer Order Specialist for the Swedish Professional Project channel business, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about orders, products and services. You will receive and process incoming orders and follow up to make sure deliveries are made in a correct and timely manner.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years experience in customer service, order management or sales support
  • A strong understanding of customer order execution cycle including warehousing and transportation activities
  • A pleasant, patient and friendly attitude as well as strong detail orientation and good communication/listening skills
  • Proven skills to have been working in (larger) teams, understanding the need of collaboration and adding value to a team.
  • Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • Fluent Swedish and English language skills. Knowledge of Norwegian is not key, but preferable

Responsibilities:

  • Have knowledge of and understand the basics of an order handling process.
  • Deliver excellent project order handling, understanding the process of project sales with various different stages and interaction with several stake holders
  • Deliver an excellent service to customers in close cooperation with internal stakeholders
  • Also being able to work in other Nordic country set-ups, i.e. with the Norwegian project business.
  • Keep records and follow up on customer interactions and transactions
  • Communicate and coordinate with sales, supply chain and other internal departments
  • Provide feedback and help improve the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Be a true team player, understanding that collaboration is needed when planning vacation, job tasks, backing up etc. This requires a mindset of what is good for the team, is also good for me and vice versa.
