QUALIFICATIONS

  • Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the area of customer service
  • Several years of project experience an advantage, several years of relevant experience in contract review
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Many years of in-depth experience in SAP, in particular the SD module
  • Sales-oriented thinking and acting
  • Goal-oriented communication with customers, colleagues and service providers
  • Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team, sociability and openness
  • Negotiating skills, convincing appearance and assertiveness
  • Very well-organized working method, structured and independent way of working

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing a process for handling customer contracts (e.g. quantity/framework contracts, delivery schedules, etc.)
  • Managing and maintaining contracts in the contract management database
  • Systematic recording of complaints
  • Data entry of complaints in SAP
  • Analyzing the causes of complaints and developing suitable preventive and corrective measures
  • Monitoring of all current complaints (including product complaints)
  • Implementation of market segment and customer district changes
  • Contact person for questions about the customer portals
  • Responsible for the maintenance of customer portals
