Description:
Main Responsibilities
- Provide customers with professional advice on product and service-related queries, complaints, and feedback
- Work closely with commercial team as a Lens expert, providing
advice to eye care practitioners and internal colleagues
- Offer advice or recommendations to customers (Eye Care Professionals (ECP) or end-consumers) regarding product or service inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, Facebook Messenger, and/or other communication channels
- Provide troubleshooting support over the phone or occasionally
on-site
- Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective or existing customers
- Assist customers effectively by resolving disputes or complaints
- Resolve customer and/or consumer queries or complaints via phone, email, or any other platforms
- Support order entries placed via phone, WhatsApp, or email
- Assist customers in checking job status and update/follow-up accordingly
- Support the marketing and professional affairs team with
administrative tasks required for campaigns
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Optometry or Opticianry certification
- 3 years relation work experience or optical retail experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent verbal communication in both English and Chinese
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is a must
