ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Customer Relationship Consultant, you will be based in the Perth Contact Centre taking calls from existing customers enquiring about their internet banking, credit cards, or transaction accounts.
Work alongside committed, like-minded and caring colleagues who embrace the values of People, Planet and Profit.

THESE ROLES OPERATE ON A ROTATING ROSTER MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 8AM – 8PM, AND OCCASIONAL SATURDAYS FROM 8.00AM TO 1.30PM AWST.

Whether you come from a Contact Centre background or perhaps you are currently working in retail or hospitality this role provides thorough in office training to set you up for success.
