REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM administration, implementation, or management, preferably with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or another CRM platform.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, database management, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and recommend actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define CRM requirements, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals.
  • Implement and configure CRM software and tools to meet business needs, including customizing workflows, fields, and dashboards.
  • Import, clean, and maintain customer data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of information.
  • Train users on CRM best practices, processes, and features to maximize adoption and utilization across the organization.
  • Develop and document CRM policies, procedures, and guidelines to standardize data entry, reporting, and customer interactions.
  • Monitor and analyze CRM data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention.
  • Create and distribute reports, dashboards, and analytics to track CRM performance, measure KPIs, and provide insights to management.
  • Implement and manage integrations between CRM and other business systems, such as marketing automation, sales, and customer support tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns, promotions, and initiatives based on customer data and insights.
  • Stay updated on CRM trends, best practices, and new features to recommend enhancements and optimizations to the CRM system.
