Job Description
As our Customer Relationship Manager this role will see you execute Kairros’s strategic business objectives through customer engagement and business development activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a key contributor to Kairros’ senior management team and strategic and business planning cycles
  • Develop and execute customer action plans and marketing and communication plans
  • Proactively manage customer relationships to identify opportunities for growth, service enhancement and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the national Kairros team and broader Group functions on product innovation and implementation
  • Lead, support and coach the customer team so that they undertake work in accordance with divisional priorities, policies and processes.
  • Provide mentoring and education to the operational teams on best practice customer service
  • Represent the business at industry events and forums
  • Ensure that budgetary targets and role related KPIs are met
  • Analytical analysis of relevant service delivery data and the provision of management reporting
  • Coordinate resources to prepare and submit tenders
    Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management and/or business development within personal injury / insurance / healthcare sectors
  • The passion to provide exceptional customer service with outstanding communication skills
  • Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives and marketing activities.
  • Experience in strategic planning and the development of customer management frameworks
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to acting with integrity with demonstrated adherence to contractual guidelines and requirements.
