Qualifications:

• GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
• Exceptional customer service skills, able to speak to a wide range of the community; offering reassurance and putting sometimes complex technical specifications into plain English.
• Co-ordination and administration skills are key to this role to ensure that we keep to our project and repairs timetables and that our residents know when and why to be at home for example for urgent or planned repairs.
• Experience of housing and dealing with tenants and homeowners is essential for this role as is working with contractors and a proven history of excellent communications across a range of audiences.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
