POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Officer. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Local Diploma. Proven experience in a customer service or sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
