Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Working with the customer service team and being responsible for projects supporting our clients and team with a variety of scheme needs including; risk management funding, events coordinating, budget oversight, creating innovation and process improvements.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Support to the key counts team
  • Oversea client engagement from training forums to seminars and client registrations
  • Cooperate with other departments to achieve business goals
  • Prepare and conduct presentations to external stakeholders
  • Contribute to and work on tenders for new Business
  • Project management skills
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience and exposure to the Workers Compensation schemes
  • Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology)
  • Demonstrated experience in account growth, acquiring new and managing existing business
