Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Working with the customer service team and being responsible for projects supporting our clients and team with a variety of scheme needs including; risk management funding, events coordinating, budget oversight, creating innovation and process improvements.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Support to the key counts team
- Oversea client engagement from training forums to seminars and client registrations
- Cooperate with other departments to achieve business goals
- Prepare and conduct presentations to external stakeholders
- Contribute to and work on tenders for new Business
- Project management skills
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience and exposure to the Workers Compensation schemes
- Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology)
- Demonstrated experience in account growth, acquiring new and managing existing business
