Description:
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Canadawide Sports is currently seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to become a valuable addition to their expanding sales team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our external customers and inside sales efforts. Your responsibilities will include managing communication with customers through phone, live chat, ticketing, and e-mail. In addition, you will provide support to the sales team during the running of campaigns. Reporting directly to the Vice President (Sales), this presents an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a customer-facing environment to be able to create a positive customer experience.
This role is based in St. George, ON.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post Secondary Certificate / Degree or equivalent experience.
- Bilingual (French) is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, sales, or a related field is required.
- Strong abilities in time management, verbal communication, and organizational skills are essential.
- Previous experience and deep knowledge of CRM and eCommerce platforms (NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy).
- Develop a strong knowledge of our Brands and Product offerings.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Aid the sales team in the launch and management of booking programs for all brands.
- Partner with our customers to effectively resolve issues through phone, live chat, ticketing, and email to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Ability to effectively deescalate customer inquiries with minimal assistance.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also promoting teamwork.
- Assist the Inside Sales team in generating quotes for Special Projects.
- Demonstrate the capability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment when necessary.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for brand expansion.
- Demonstrate readiness to perform tasks outside of designated job role to broaden knowledge and better support customers.
- Confident in conducting cold calls when required.
