JOB DESCRIPTION

In this dynamic role, you’ll interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client’s products and/or services.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Representative on our team, you will:

  • Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations (ex. different issues regarding mobile devices, laptops etc.)
  • Manage multichannel interactions (e.g., voice, email, social media, or chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience
  • Develop your skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives
  • Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients
