Job Description
This position will see you reach out to our existing customer base, and restate the value proposition of TeamViewer to customers who request to cancel or move to a lower subscription plan.
You can expect to perform the following tasks -
- Re-establish and confirm customer needs
- Answer customer inquiries by phone and email regarding subscription renewal
- Present solutions that may better meet the customers needs
- Help the retention team collect and analyse feedback from customers
- Assist with the development and implementation of appropriate retention strategies for various customer segments
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess -
- Excellent communication ability, in both written and verbal English
- Ability to conduct a thorough needs analysis, asking the right questions to understand individual challenges
- Strong oral and written fluency in English (any other APAC language is a bonus, such as Cantonese or Malaysian)
- Outstanding customer service and negotiation skills
- Proven experience resolving issues and proposing solutions
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM is advantageous
