Job Description
This position will see you reach out to our existing customer base, and restate the value proposition of TeamViewer to customers who request to cancel or move to a lower subscription plan.

You can expect to perform the following tasks -

  • Re-establish and confirm customer needs
  • Answer customer inquiries by phone and email regarding subscription renewal
  • Present solutions that may better meet the customers needs
  • Help the retention team collect and analyse feedback from customers
  • Assist with the development and implementation of appropriate retention strategies for various customer segments

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess -

  • Excellent communication ability, in both written and verbal English
  • Ability to conduct a thorough needs analysis, asking the right questions to understand individual challenges
  • Strong oral and written fluency in English (any other APAC language is a bonus, such as Cantonese or Malaysian)
  • Outstanding customer service and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience resolving issues and proposing solutions
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM is advantageous
