Description:

We’re Hiring Customer Retention (Female)

JD’S:

  • Proactively reach out to existing customers to understand their needs, challenges, and satisfaction levels.
  • Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication to strengthen relationships.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies and initiatives to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty.
  • Identify at-risk customers and take proactive steps to address their concerns and prevent churn.
  • Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively engage customers to secure renewals in a timely manner.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing as needed to retain customers

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 6+ months of experience in customer retention, account management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully retaining and growing customer accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
