Description:
We’re Hiring Customer Retention (Female)
JD’S:
- Proactively reach out to existing customers to understand their needs, challenges, and satisfaction levels.
- Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication to strengthen relationships.
- Develop and implement retention strategies and initiatives to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty.
- Identify at-risk customers and take proactive steps to address their concerns and prevent churn.
- Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively engage customers to secure renewals in a timely manner.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing as needed to retain customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 6+ months of experience in customer retention, account management, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully retaining and growing customer accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
