Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist
Location: Slough or Crewe
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Based: Onsite

About the role
As a Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our online performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse data, identify opportunities, and implement strategies that drive higher conversion rates. Your expertise will directly impact our clients’ success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion funnels.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other optimisation experiments.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and content creators to improve website elements.
  • Optimise landing pages, forms, checkout processes, and calls-to-action.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and revenue.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven findings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRO.
  • Respecting the value of information by following Likewize’s data protection / information security policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in conversion rate optimisation (CRO) within a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and Google Optimise.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for continuous learning and experimentation.
