This position will be with Germany’s leading dermatological platform providing patients with immediate access to personalized medical treatments for all skin problems. Their mission is to be the leading online dermatology clinic that makes highly effective dermatological treatments easily accessible to everyone and have conducted nearly a million treatments for their patients.
To further enhance their service and support their growth, they are now looking for dedicated Sales Managers who will strengthen their sales team and actively contribute to acquiring new customers. This is
REQUIREMENTS:
- Language Proficiency: Excellent German language skills (ideally native level), some proficiency in English
- Communication skills: Authentic persuasiveness and spontaneous communication skills
- Mindset: Empathy, friendliness, and politeness in dealing with customers and patients
- Experience: Experience in sales or handling high volumes of leads via video, phone, and email (approximately 10-20 leads per hour)
- Resilience: Resilience and the ability to keep a cool head in challenging situations

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Confidence: Convince potential customers of our online practice and acquire them as new clients
- Communication: Direct communication with customers via video, phone, and email
- Organizational talent: Managing schedules & general coordination
- Teamwork: Close collaboration with the medical and support teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Feedback: Sharing insights to contribute to the development of our sales strategies

- Time zone: 8am-6pm CET approx. (in shifts) – either 8am-4pm and/ or 10am-6pm CET
