Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Sales & Service Specialist to join our growing team. As a Customer Sales & Service Specialist at A Good Job Box, you will be the face of our company, identifying buyers, and providing exceptional support to our customers. You will interact with customers via email, social media, chat, and phone to increase sales, resolve inquiries, process orders, and ensure a delightful snacking experience. This position reports to the Supply Chain & Operations manager and is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an innovative start-up and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with autism.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Highschool diploma/GED; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment.
- Goal-driven.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Experience working in a diverse and inclusive environment, with a demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential customers to build the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to set sales targets and track sales performance.
- Represent A Good Job Box at community events and other sales forums.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and phone.
- Assist customers with placing orders and billing inquiries.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and troubleshooting assistance.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with the Operations Manager to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
