• Lead Generation Dynamo: Engage with potential customers daily, driving lead generation and encouraging them to take advantage of our free hearing assessments.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store team to achieve targets and support our mission of transforming lives through better hearing.
• Customer Care Advocate: Assist the Customer Engagement Manager and Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers, ensuring they receive the care they deserve.
• Strategic Thinker: Develop and implement store strategies to increase customer leads, enhance store traffic, and optimize profitability.
• Operational Excellence: Complete daily operational processes with precision and efficiency to keep our stores running smoothly.
