Our client is a growing, dynamic company in the insurance industry experiencing and is seeking a Customer Service Admin to join the Sydney team. Responsibilities:

Your suitability for the role will depend on your proven experience as a Customer Service Admin, with key responsibilities including:

  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence efficiently.
  • Process new job applications, including insurance and commercial cases.
  • Prioritize and manage new job requests promptly.
  • Coordinate work orders for Make-Safes and specialized reports.
  • Prepare detailed reports for submissions and approvals.
  • Coordinate work orders for specialist reports and follow up on outstanding specialist reports.
  • Authorize Make-Safe and STRs within approved limits and initiate approval requests for finance.
  • Manage appointments and scheduling for Supervisors/Estimators.
  • Ensure timely completion of re-attendance inspections.
  • Provide daily updates to insurers and clients.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of insurer policy booklets.
  • Assist with general administration tasks as needed.
