- 2+ years in a customer service or administration role.
- Strong administration and computer skills, with experience in MS Office Suite (SAP & CRM experience highly desirable).

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with great organizational andproblem-solving skills.
- A willingness to work in a team environment, with a “can do” attitude.
- A friendly and outgoing attitude with internal and external customers.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and industry trends.
Responsibilities:
In this newly created role, you’ll play a crucial part in the overall success of the Animal Management team by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our Customer Service and Product Support teams. This is a role with a lot of variety, and one you can really make your own. On a day-to-day basis you’ll be:
- Providing administration support to the Customer Service and Product Support teams.
- Interacting with customers by way of sales and service opportunities.
- Providing accurate information about products or services.
- Processing customer orders, repairs, returns and warranties. (some heavy lifting involved)
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
