THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

• Fluent in German and English (written / spoken)
• Computer literate (Windows)
• Professional diploma / Degree or years of experience equivalent

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:

• Customer service environment in a manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system
• Understanding of export requirements and Incoterms

• Manage orders from entry to delivery (Q2C) to maintain customer satisfaction
• Have a pivotal role in the organization communicating with multiple stakeholders
