Description:

OUR CLIENT IS A GLOBAL MNC, ONE OF THE LEADING PLAYERS IN THE MANUFACTURING SECTOR. DUE TO BUSINESS NEEDS, THEY ARE NOW RECRUITING A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR TO BE PART OF THEIR TEAM FOR ONGOING TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE WEST – EASILY ACCESSIBLE.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive/Assign customer support enquiries and requests to the relevant technical personnel using the company’s designated support protocols and systems
  • Update/Maintain documentation as per the company’s guidelines
  • Update/Maintain the company’s Service Management System database by cross-referencing data from the various documentation (eg. servicing records, maintenance contracts, customer service documents etc.)
  • Ensure accuracy/consistency of customer and equipment data within the company’s service database
  • Generate standard system reports (eg. availability, scheduling reports) for field-related data dissemination
  • Support the team in achieving annual service booking targets by assisting in administrative tasks, such as generating customer reminders and preparing quotations for service provisions
  • Conduct follow-up calls to maintain client relationships and foster repeat business
  • Process service parts orders initiated by field engineers through the company’s designated forms
  • Assist with the various service tasks such as invoicing and proforma invoicesAll other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant service administration/support working experience
