At Hays, we are working with a large organisation based in a southern suburb of Logan. Due to a high increase in clients as of late, they are looking for a Customer Service Administrator for an immediate start.
Responsibilities:
YOUR NEW ROLE
- Answer incoming calls, order entry and amendment processing via email, phone and the large CRM
- Direct technical queries to our technical teams
- Participate in technical and product training
- Booking transport timeslots and maintenance of run sheets
- Managing the processing special made to order product requests
- Maintain open sales reports
