At Hays, we are working with a large organisation based in a southern suburb of Logan. They are known for their innovative work, high quality service and offer a fantastic office environment and workplace culture that they credit a lot of their success to. Due to a high increase in clients as of late, they are looking for a Customer Service Administrator for an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

  • Answer incoming calls, order entry and amendment processing via email, phone and the large CRM
  • Direct technical queries to our technical teams
  • Participate in technical and product training
  • Booking transport timeslots and maintenance of run sheets
  • Managing the processing special made to order product requests
  • Maintain open sales reports
