Description:

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Excellent opportunity to join the Seed Certification Bureau at AsureQuality, which ensures high integrity in the verification services that we deliver for the NZ Seed industry.
Provide high quality customer service via phone and email to our business customers, plus deliver fast and accurate data entry & administration support to the rest of your team, which comprises of 5 people. Willingness and ability to be flexible with your day-to-day tasks is key.
The hours for this role are 8:30am - 3pm, Monday to Friday. 30 hours per week.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract to start any date during May 2024.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be based at our Palmerston North office located near Massey University.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior administration and customer service experience, good people skills are important.
  • High attention to detail and systematic / methodical thinking is essential.
  • Having an agricultural qualification or knowledge of the seed industry will be advantageous, but not a must.
  • Quick learner of new computer systems and company processes.
  • Friendly person with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent quality and timely customer service support via phone and email to help customers learn the new online system being launched and resolve any additional types of queries.
  • Accurate daily numerical checking, proof reading verification documentation, data entry and administration.
  • Help ensure smooth daily administration operations and improve processes where needed.
  • Investigate and fix any errors or discrepancies in documentation or reporting.
  • Assess the level of urgency and importance of queries and tasks that arise and adapt your plans accordingly to ensure quick resolution of high priority tasks.
