JOB OVERVIEW:

We are currently on the look out for experienced individuals for temporary opportunities in Customer Service, Administration, and Data Entry roles. These positions are essential for maintaining operational efficiency and delivering exceptional support to our clients/customers.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and email. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Assisting customers with product or service-related questions, troubleshooting, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and scheduling.
  • Accurately input and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Managing filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Making travel arrangements and preparing travel itineraries
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
