Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high quality Customer Service mainly in the areas of motor breakdowns and home emergencies
  • Provide relevant and accurate information to every customer on every call – we’ll ensure you have the tools and the training to do so.
  • Become an SME in your area, quickly learning about the assistance business and how we can help our customers and partners.
  • Answer inbound calls and deliver a quality and timely service throughout
  • Updating internal systems and keeping accurate records for each customer
  • Keeping everyone updated on the progress of cases both internally and externally.
  • Understanding and demonstrating the culture and values of AXA Partners in every interaction

    Your Profile**

Essential Criteria:*

  • Leaving Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent written and oral English and communication skills
  • A proven ability to manage complex and sometimes difficult situations
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • To enjoy working within a team
  • The ability to get things done in line with our high quality standards
  • IT literacy is a must and an understanding of using standard software packages, including Word and Excel would also be useful.
