Description:

The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work. We’re looking for motivated, team players who are available immediately.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Liaise with customers and resolve any enquiries that may arise via telephone
  • Responding to emails
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team
  • Ensure databases, files and documents are maintained and up to-date
  • Arrange bookings for customers and ensuring all paperwork has been completed

Title: Administrative Support - temporary position
Start Date: Asap
Duration: 12 weeks
Pay Rate: £12.30 per hour
Location: Bracknell - Fully Office based with onsite parking available
Working Hours: Full time, Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and Fridays: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
