Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Athlone, Co. Westmeath
Hours: Part-Time (26.25 hrs per week) – Evenings & Some Weekends
Salary: Equlivant to €17.31 per hour

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be an integral part of our telephone-based Customer Service team, helping customers with motor breakdowns, home emergencies, and more. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in the areas of motor breakdowns and home emergencies.
  • Provide relevant and accurate information on every call, utilizing the tools and training provided.
  • Quickly become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your area, understanding the assistance business to better help our customers and partners.
  • Answer inbound calls, ensuring a quality and timely service throughout.
  • Update internal systems and maintain accurate records for each customer.
  • Keep everyone informed about the progress of cases, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate the culture and values of AXA Partners in every interaction.
