Join GNM’s E-Commerce team as a Customer Service Representative! We are looking for a dedicated professional who puts customers first and ensures top-notch service in every interaction. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries and issues via phone calls, emails, live chats, and social media messages promptly and courteously.
  • Provide tailored guidance to customers on utilizing our products/services effectively, aligning with their unique requirements and preferences.
  • Serve as a reliable product expert, delivering accurate and strategic information to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of Customer Service experience (required)
  • E-commerce experience is a plus!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Personally owned laptop/computer with a working camera, minimum 15 Mbps upload/download speed
