Description:

We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent who’ll be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing stellar support across various channels. This role demands superb communication skills, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in English is mandatory (both written and verbal)
  • 1 year of Customer Service experience is required
  • Any experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, and/or Shopify is preferred (not required)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills
  • Solutions-oriented and flexible

INTERNET REQUIREMENTS:

  • Personally owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps for Upload & Download speed.
  • A backup internet (10 Mbps) connection is required upon hiring
