What to expect in your new role:
- You’ll assist our customers via phone and email.
- You’ll delight our customers through intensive and active consultation within our product portfolio and the field of optometry. Naturally, we’ll provide you with the necessary training to immerse yourself in the world of optometry.
- You’ll collaborate closely with other team members from various departments (e.g., logistics, production, marketing).
- We welcome your active contribution based on the customer feedback you’ve gathered.

Your profile:
- Fluency in Polish and English at (at least) C1 level.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with customers.
- Your heart beats for customer service, and your approach can truly inspire our customers.
- Completed commercial vocational training and/or experience in customer service (retail, call center or hospitality) are advantageous.
- You enjoy engaging in obliging, solution-oriented customer conversations and working in a multicultural team.
