Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls
- Liaising with relevant internal stakeholders
- Managing customer feedback to the Customer Experience Manager for reporting
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of their services
- Proficiency in working within a high-paced environment
To be successful for this role, you will have:
- Previous customer service or call centre experience required
- A high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of computer systems would be beneficial
- A self-driven attitude and willingness to learn
- Demonstrate empathy towards customer inquirie
