Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly
  • Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls
  • Liaising with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Managing customer feedback to the Customer Experience Manager for reporting
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of their services
  • Proficiency in working within a high-paced environment

To be successful for this role, you will have:

  • Previous customer service or call centre experience required
  • A high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems would be beneficial
  • A self-driven attitude and willingness to learn
  • Demonstrate empathy towards customer inquirie
