As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with professional and efficient service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using customer service software and other computer applications
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

• Handling incoming customer inquiries and providing prompt, accurate, and effective resolutions
• Managing customer accounts and updating customer information in the system
• Handling customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
• Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges
• Providing product information, troubleshooting tips, and assistance with product usage
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
