    A newly created opportunity for a highly motivated Customer Service and Administration Officer now exists with a leading training organisation (RTO) that services the trades sector. Head quartered in Brisbane and having been in operation for over eleven years, they deliver numerous courses nationally and have grown steadily since their inception. Due to ongoing growth and demand for their highly regarded courses, the need for a designated Customer Service professional has arisen.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in a phone-based customer service role which may include RTO, Education, call center, hospitality, or another relevant field.
  • Previous business administration experience.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in using various software systems including MS Office, experience with Xero desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Director and working in a team of five that support operations, this varied role provides critical support to the business by primarily ensuring all enquiries are met in a timely manner, ensuring courses are at capacity, and that all students are informed and supported prior to and during their course.
