The Customer Service and Education team are the frontline staff for the Authority and will be the first point of contact for workers and employers to educate and support workers and employers through a variety of channels to understand benefit entitlements and worker and employer obligations. They will perform customer service and education activities, as well as ensuring they log and resolve queries according to established operational procedures.

Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service and Education Officers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with employers and workers, providing them with the information they need about the portable long service scheme.
Key responsibilities of the role include contacting and making recommendations on the eligibility of employers to be registered under the scheme, maintaining a register of employers and workers, and delivering exceptional customer service and education about the benefits and responsibilities of the scheme. You will be responsible for providing phone and email support to customers, reviewing quarterly returns, generating invoices, and contributing to key priorities to meet operational deadlines.
To support our Customer Service and Education Officers in their roles, we provide comprehensive training and induction programs to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their jobs. Our Managers and Team Leaders are always available to provide guidance and support, helping our Customer Service and Education officers to continually develop and grow professionally.
