JOB SUMMARY:

CameraMatics are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service and Sales Administrator to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, processing sales orders efficiently, and resolving customer queries effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably in a sales or operations environment.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time-sensitive tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM/ERP systems.
