You will be part of our energetic team, guiding students through the full accommodation sales journey, ensuring our services respond to the changing needs of students. This role will play a key role in helping us deliver an exceptional service and the success will be evident in continued high occupancy rates and strong student satisfaction feedback.

  • Undertake full student applicant administration services. This will include replying to student enquiries via communication channels, handling complaints, application processes, offer/contract management and all billing related queries
  • Utilise the accommodation room management system, customer relationship management system, MS office applications and telephony systems accurately and appropriately to support student enquiries
  • Work as part of the team to ensure that all relevant aspects of recruitment campaign, including open events, room tours, promotional activities and communication distribution are delivered effectively
  • Support and contribute to regular reporting and insight on the financial implications of bookings, progress against occupancy targets, monitoring and trend analysis of contracts and voids, and make recommendations for future actions to mitigate risks.
  • Work collaboratively with the team and key stakeholders

We are looking for you to have administration experience in a customer services environment along with excellent communications and organisational skills, along with a good attention to detail.
