The Inside Sales & Customer Support Representative role is responsible for providing terrific solutions to StickerYou’s business and consumer clients. The successful candidate will become an essential part of a growing team that is proactively and efficiently delivering assistance for all StickerYou’s ‘sticky’ custom products. We are looking for someone with a positive personality who embraces technology and will make sure our customers have a great brand experience. The successful candidate will assist inbound custom sales by quoting and placing orders for clients as well as recommending improvements to the StickerYou platform and product mix based on customer insights.

Requirements.

  • Available full time Monday-Friday (9am- 5pm and other possible shift times) . Willing and able to work overtime if needed.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office, Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (bonus)
  • The ability and interest to learn about our product solutions, probing for essential customer needs.
  • The ability to conceptualize and communicate creative solutions based on our products
  • Excellent organization and time management skills – must be able to handle a high volume of customer inquiries including processing orders that includes a mix of managing new and repeat clients.
  • Good analytical, creative and practical problem solving skills
  • Self motivated and goal oriented while still being supportive of other great peopl

Responsibilities:

  • Responds to inbound leads via email in a timely fashion
  • Helps customers who are having difficulty checking out in the StickerYou.com site
  • Uses excellent business email etiquette to provide outstanding customer service
  • Applies knowledge of all substrates to provide consumer and business customer with recommendations that fit their requirements
  • Effectively upsells by asking questions and understanding their needs.
  • Expands sales into existing accounts by introducing new products and services and keeping in contact on a periodic basis
  • Enters customer data into our CRM to track accuracy of orders and leads
  • Participates in product testing
  • Develops response templates to improve efficiency in responding to common customer issues and questions
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Utilizes knowledge of Adobe to check art files for size, colours, resolution, etc.
  • Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.
  • Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections.
  • Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
  • Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled. Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Help filter incoming calls, talking to clients and collecting information about their needs.
  • Other tasks as requested by the Sales Manager
