ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a sub-regional shopping centre located on the southern end of the Gold Coast with approximately 100 businesses and are looking for their newest administrator/reception to join the small Centre Management Team on a Full-Time basis Mon-Fri 9-5.30. Responsibilities:
KEY DELIVERABLES/RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- General reception duties including dealing with in-person, telephone and website enquiries and answering or direction of enquiries to the correct department.
- Processing and undertaking of all supplementary income lease enquiries, renewals, vacations for the Centre including liaising with security.
- Coordination of delivery (set up and pull down) of supplementary activities including marketing events in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist the Centre with general duties including filing and archiving.
- Collection and entering of Monthly Sales Figures.
- Lost and Found reporting and recording.
- Other admin and ad hoc duties.
You have 4-5 years’ experience in an administration/ reception role in particular experience within a shopping centre as well as the following.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
- Have a motivated, positive outlook with a compassionate attitude.
- Open to undertake training and development as required.
- Professional phone manner and customer service skills.
- Knowledge and comfortable using Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Good team player.
- Be self-sufficient
