ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a sub-regional shopping centre located on the southern end of the Gold Coast with approximately 100 businesses and are looking for their newest administrator/reception to join the small Centre Management Team on a Full-Time basis Mon-Fri 9-5.30. We have an exciting opportunity to be a part of a small, friendly, and supportive team, if you have excellent administration and customer service skills and enjoy a varied work environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

KEY DELIVERABLES/RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • General reception duties including dealing with in-person, telephone and website enquiries and answering or direction of enquiries to the correct department.
  • Processing and undertaking of all supplementary income lease enquiries, renewals, vacations for the Centre including liaising with security.
  • Coordination of delivery (set up and pull down) of supplementary activities including marketing events in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist the Centre with general duties including filing and archiving.
  • Collection and entering of Monthly Sales Figures.
  • Lost and Found reporting and recording.
  • Other admin and ad hoc duties.

You have 4-5 years’ experience in an administration/ reception role in particular experience within a shopping centre as well as the following.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
  • Have a motivated, positive outlook with a compassionate attitude.
  • Open to undertake training and development as required.
  • Professional phone manner and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge and comfortable using Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Good team player.
  • Be self-sufficient
